MT-SYSTEM Drawer Box M: Version 3xH1 (Schubladenbox Gr. M)

The new MT-SYSTEM expansion:

These drawer boxes are available in different versions with alternating numbers of compartment levels which can individually be filled with drawer cases of various layouts and heights (H1-H3). 

What does 3xH1 mean? Ist means that this drawer box consists of 3 compartments of HEIGHT 1. There are other versions with different number and heights of compartments available.

The railing on the top of the box grants you additional storage place. 

On the backside we included a little useful secret compartment to hide money, keys or whatever you like.

MAGNETIC option: There are also integrated magnet holders in the drawer boxes to insert optional round or square magnets (10x4mm max.), see pictures. They shall grant an even tighter hold and give a nice acoustical CLICK feedback when the case is in end position. The cases themselves have an integrated slot for a 2x20mm metal flat washer to be the counter part for the magnet and to avoid difficulties with the magnets polarities. Depending on the number of levels oft he box you can insert one magnet per level if you like but you do not HAVE TO use them. The cases fit very well without magnets, too.

The drawer boxes can easily be stacked onto a standard 40x20mm V-slot aluminium construction profile and secured with screws at many points. 2x M4x8mm screws are enough for stable hold but you can use up to 8 screws if you need.

Layerheight: 0.3mm or better
Infill: min. 15% 

Tipp: Print with backside down with supports.

HOW TO PRINT?

All MT-SYSTEM components are designed to be printed out in PLA or PETG on 02mm layer height. They are very stable but some parts like holders for heavy equipment (cordless screwdrivers) should be printed in PETG with a minimum infill of 40%.

MOUNTING THE MT-SYSTEM:
