Latch Hook Rug Yarn Cutting Tool (2.5" Strands)

This simple handheld tool allows one to rapidly cut 2.5"-long strands of yarn for making a latch hook rug. The yarn is wrapped around the cutting tool, periodically pushing the wrap down towards the end stop. Once the tool is fully wrapped, the yarn is then cut with scissors.
