Fostex T50RP headphones are very tough, but one place many fail is where the adjustable headband mounts to the ear cups using a pivot.  The metal headband rods can twist themselves loose from the pivot and the cup will fall off.  Left in an un-repaired state, it's only a matter of time before the cable running through the headphone also fails.

This is a direct replacement for the outer pivot piece that corrects this weak spot.  The headband adjustment rods fit tightly into the redesigned pivot and are fixed in place by two M2x14 machine screws.  The rods themselves have fairly loose tolerances; diameter and stamping dimensions vary by some amount.  The expected fit ranges from exact to quite tight, but the pivot has fit the three pairs of T50RP headphones bought several years apart.  FreeCAD source files are included if your pair requires adjustment.

Print the part standing up with supports under the two movement-limiting fingers.  Prusament PETG recommended.

(additional parts required per pivot: 2x M2x14mm machine screws)
