TPU/PLA Hybrid Box - Card Case

This is a single print hinged box that is printed with TPU for the first three layers and PLA for the remaining layers. It works well with regular playing cards, Pokemon cards, Magic The Gathering cards, and baseball/basketball/football/other trading cards. Yugioh cards are apparently smaller than all the other card brands, so they will not fit quite as well, but I could make a box for that if there is a demand for it. There is also an optional TPU strap model that will better ensure the lid stays shut, so cards do not spill out if the case is thrown in a backpack.

Temperatures: ~210C nozzle temp for both filaments, 50C bed temp

Infill: 100% (don't worry, this print is almost all perimeters)

Layer height: 0.2mm

Print speed: I use ~30mm/s for all the TPU layers.

Flow rate: I increase the flow rate from the default 95% up to 105% for the three TPU layers and the first PLA layer

Supports: No

Printing surface: Prusa textured steel sheet

Filaments: PRILINE for the TPU, various brands for the PLA
