Green Tara, 14th-15th century, now in the collection of the Minneapolis Institute of Art.

This model was scanned and produced with a research process that captures surface texture and specularity more accurately - the resear.ch is led by Michael Tetzlaff, Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the UW-Stout

– Those textures still need to be added using displacement in blender if you want them to come out in a 3d print.

Generally you will need to subdivide the model till its 2 million tris if you want the textures to not look blocky/pixilated/distorted when adding UV displacement.
