This is a simple lid for 5.5oz cat food cans (tuna can size).  This lid should be printed with TPU as it's set up with a negative tolerance to ensure a tight fit.  You need to be able to stretch the material slightly to put the lid on and TPU is perfect for this. 

 

  • Print Settings:
    • Print Speed: 30mm/s
    • Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
    • Layer Height: 0.12mm
    • Print Temp: 220C (dependent on your specific filament/printer.
    • Bed Adhesion: Skirt or None (DO NOT USE RAFT)

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This is a remix of the 5.5oz v6 model.  I was having issues with the original because it was way too loose.  I scaled this a bit to have a proper air-tight fit when printing with TPU.
