This is my 3rd (and final) version of my Mini Screwdrivers - perfect for stocking stuffers this Christmas, or to have close by to add all the batteries to the new Christmas toys! I fixed the tolerances in the threads and loosened the fit of the ¼" bit. I also added a space for a ¼ (diameter) x 1/16 (thick) magnet. The magnet can be glued in place. It holds the bit secure and also magnetizes the bit to hold the screw.
Magnets (Amazon): https://a.co/d/d5tjLKo
SIZE: 50mm tall and 14.5mm diameter.
FILAMENT: PETG or PLA
LAYER HEIGHT: 0.1 or 0.15 (I have not tried 0.2)
INFILL: 15-30% Gyroid
WALLS: 3 or more
If you’re having trouble printing it in PETG, you may need to add a brim or use glue. PLA would probably be strong enough since these are really just for light duty applications.

The author remixed this model.
Larger diameter for strength. Fixed tolerances on threads and driver bit. Added a spot for a magnet. Enlarged and redesigned the keychain hole. Redesigned the knurling. Added the Hex bit body.
