This is a stackable box with drawers for SD and micro SD cards, optional with a USB stick holder as top plate.
You can stack together as many drawer modules as needed to create the complete box.
....................................................
I have now redesigned the top part do reduce the support material: (SD CARDBOX TOP2)
....................................................

Additional:

I have added boxes and drawers for compact flash card type I and II
I do not have any of these card, so I could not test this. If you find any mistake please give me a note.

Additional 2:

I have added a modified version of the "SD CardBox top2": the "SD CardBox top2Stronger", with smaller slots for SD and micro SD cards to prevent floating of the cards.
The small part "SD CardBox top2stronger_Slottest" is a section of "SD CardBox top2stronger" to test if the cards fit.

Additional 3:

Today I have created the new "SD CardBox top3", which contains 3 additional slots for USB C sticks. It's also available as as stronger version "SD CardBox topStronger3" with a little smaller card slots.

Additional 4:

Changes/corrections (thanks to Hans Dampf "The HummingBird" for the hint):

  • All drawers have been given a small rise on the handle to make them easier to pull out.
  • Compact Flash_I Card Drawer: The recess has been corrected to 3.5mm depth- The Compact Flash I card is 3.3mm thick.

Additional 5:

  • Drawers for small parts ("Little stuff) added. One simple drawer and one drawer with variable dividers.
  • Base plate for 2 "towers" added. Two "SD CARD BOX" structures can be placed next to each other.
  • zipped parasolid files

Notes:

Printing direction:

* SD_Card_Drawer and Micro_SD_Card_Drawer flat on the bed, no support

  • SD_CardBox_Single_Cover vertically standing on the back face, with support material for the snap-in studs
  • SD CARDBOX TOP and SD CARDBOX TOP2... difficult.
-- If your printer is calibrated accurately, place it on a side surface, This will create the smallest amount of support material.
-- If not, then place vertically on the back surface, in the same orientation as the covers.
The problem is the snap-ins, they do not fit if the printer is not exactly aligned.
