M3,M4,M5 Direct threading tolerance test card.

I designed this card to keep on hand for sizing hole bosses while designing parts. The idea of the card is to thread the bolts into the holes until you find the right balance of tolerances and ease of use. The bolt should be able to push through the back of the card without slipping or pulling out. Source is included along with M3,4,5 test cards.
