Compressed Air Vacuum

I made this at work to have a portable vacuum cleaner for use around the shop. Feel free to add your own creations to the item as I made it so there can be attachments! 

It requires a 1/8-27 NPT thread to be cut in the small hole on the “handle” so it may be adapted to an air nozzle. Print this item with 5 walls and 35% triangle infill with PLA or stronger. Lastly, it is ideal to make the area surrounding the tapped hole solid infill too. 

Orient the model to be flat on its largest face and use normal supports on build plate only. It is important not to have supports on the internal geometry as they are impossible to remove and make the item dangerous. 

My favorite iteration of this was made from ezPC+CF from 3DXTech and it has been used for plastic pellet conveying for quite some time. 

Be smart, this thing is not a toy nor should it be used in unsafe ways. Regulate your air pressure to a maximum of 80 psi and be careful.
