The original model, while having good part cooling, sits too close to the hotend on the left side, due to the asymmetric design of the Mosquito. My remix of the design makes it wider by spacing out the left “arm” of the duct so that the duct is symmetric around the hotend instead of symmetric around the nozzle. This trades off some cooling performance for durability/longevity.
I have printed this successfully in PETG and PC, although I have not tested the thermal performance of the PETG one.
The author remixed this model.
