6 mm Wheel Nut for RC Car (FreeCAD)

I changed the front tires of my 1/12 FPV buggy to wider ones (same as on the rear wheels) and the rims came a bit close to the suspension. So I made slightly longer wheel nuts (5.5 mm instead of 5 mm) for more clearance.

I also added nuts in more different sizes in case someone needs them. You can even make custom lengths by altering the Length parameter of the first pad of the model in FreeCAD. Just take care that the lock nut still holds or take some Loctite.

Printing

I printed these in PLA+, 0.1 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 90 % cubic infill. I also consider to print them in SLA for more strength.

To try out different lengths but not mix them up, I added text to one side of the nuts in the 3mf file attached.
