This is a battery mount that uses the Anker Nano Power Bank(10,000mAh) with a built-in USB-C cable.
Recommended print settings:
Placed on build plate on sides
≥3 wall loops
Tree support
My print was done on a Bambulabs A1 Mini with PLA-CF. PLA-CF is a strong and rigid material for this application.
Extra stuff you need:
2 M3*16 screws
2 M3 nuts(lock nuts preferred)
4mm(D)*5mm(H) magnets(from 4 to 12, 12 is overkill, 8 is enough)
The magnets are for the quick release cap
The mount uses 3M VHB tape to attach to the headset. You need 6 patches as shown in the picture provided. Tested on the Pico 4 Pro. Not guaranteed to work on the standard Pico 4 as I don't have a unit to test with.
The p4pBatConnector is an accessory that can be attached to the side band of the Pico 4 with VHB and zip ties to allow for a magnetic charge connector. The type of USB-C magnetic adapter is very specific. If you cannot find the model. It is recommended to just use a short USB-C extension cable(about 20cm) to connect the battery to the headset. Or modify the step file provided.
