I redesigned the adapter for 75mm VESA mount and to fit on a 18,5mm tube.
I also uploaded the fusion360 file that i used, so anyone can adjust the tube thickness.

18pcs M4x16mm Screws
2pcs M4x25 Screws (drive-in nut)
small and big washers for the screws
