Shuriken Packing Puzzle

Hey there! 

Here is a "Shuriken" packing puzzle I created in Fusion 360.

Sizing:

The overall size of the completed puzzle is 122mm AF (Across Flats) and 15mm thick.

Notes:

• I've included .STP files in case someone wants to modify them (please link remixes back to this page)
• Yes, you can slice STEP files in popular slicers like PrusaSlicer and SuperSlicer.
• I've uploaded the STL file so that the preview shows up.
• I've printed in Polymaker PolyTerra Matte PLA, while I like a little bit more squish in the first layer for the black part, it turned out great regardless.
• I've printed many iterations and toleranced accordingly, I feel I've given a generous amount of clearance while resulting in something that feels good in the hand.
• This is one of my most satisfying puzzle yet, I know the solution and I still think it's satisfying to put together.
• Print quantity listed on the title of the files (12x Blades, 1x Top, 1x Bottom)

How to Assemble:

I thought it would be best to split the housing into 2 parts, the bottom and top respectively. This is because I did not want large overhangs, or any support material.

To assembly; place (7x) M3 heat inserts into the bottom part(4.5mm hole for Voron style heat insert m3x5), and attach the top using(7x) M3x12 SHCS(Socket Head Cap Screw) into the top part.

If you would rather use an M3 nut, or use self tapping screws just adjust the step file, or let me know if there is a need for version like that and I'll upload it.

How to Play:

Arrange the pieces inside the housing.
