Rod building drum dryer hub

I was searching for a way to dry multiple Ice fishing rods that i was building on a single rod dryer.  I decided to design one for 5 rods.  These hubs are designed to fit onto a piece of ¾" PVC pipe and are secured to it by a single 1/8" bolt.  I use hair tie rubber bands to secure the rods to the holder for drying.   I'm thinking a person could also probably use ¾" conduit if they needed a longer length for the dryer and then just add multiple hubs.
