The Desk Headphones Hanger is a handy accessory that allows you to keep your headphones organized and within easy reach.

This model is designed to be mounted to a horizontal desk up to 22 mm thick. It features a simple and elegant design that will complement any décor.

This design accommodates a wide range of standard headphone bridge sizes, with a holder platform width of 40 mm. This ensures compatibility with most headphones on the market.

Printing tips

• No supports required
• Low infill (10%)
• Compatible with PLA and PETG filaments
• Recommended layer height: 0.15 - 0.20
• Recommended nozzle size: 0.4

Model is assembled from two parts

Pick combination best for you. All is assorted in folders for your comfort.

• Headphone_clamp_body: 
  • Variant for Desk up to 18mm thick and headphones bridge up to 40mm
  • Variant for Desk up to 22mm thick and headphones bridge up to 40mm (recommended)
• Headphone_clamp_bolt:
  • Variant 15 mm long: When your desk is tight to clamp body
  • Variant 18 mm long: When your desk is almost tight to clamp body (recommended)
  • Variant 22 mm long: When your desk is somewhere close to clamp body
  • Variant 25 mm long: When your desk is thin plate.
  • Variant 29 mm long: When your desk is invisibly thin.

Instructions

1. Print the two parts of the model.
2. Attach the headphone clamp body to the shelf using the headphone clamp bolt long.
3. Slide your headphones onto the headphone clamp body.

Printing threads

While the thread is designed to be printed without supports, employing variable layer height in both the initial and final sections of the thread can significantly enhance the printing outcome. This targeted approach effectively reduces instances of filament accumulation on the edges, preventing the formation of unsightly globules.
