I added I added Version 5 to my 3D models, along with an STP file of the Extruder/Hotend assembly.

Introducing a new fan shroud designed for the Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro.

V2 and V3 are purpose-built for two 5015 radial fans and one 40x40x20mm axial fan; remember that all fans have to be 24V!

V4 is now built for the same two 5015 radial fans and one of the original Elegoo 4015 radial fans. I had to flip the positive and negative pins on my 4015 fan to use it as the heatsink fan, as the pins on the PCB are incorrect, at least on my machine.

I have tested V4 for a couple of days now on my printer, and everything runs great. It maintains a more or less compact profile and provides clear visibility of the nozzle.
Additionally, I have changed the fan speed of the 4015 fan to 0.4 in my printer.cfg.

During printing, I positioned the model with the front side facing down on the build plate, supporting only the air channels for the blower fans and the mounting face from the axial fan.

To attach the shroud to the hotend, use the original four M2 screws (plus M2 washers if you have any). The blowers require two M4x20 screws, and the heatsink cooler needs four M4x25 screws. For now, I've tapped the screw holes directly into the plastic, which works great so far. Mount the LED with the two screws from the original cover.

Adding heat-set inserts seems a little bit tricky, as every brand has its own dimensions. Maybe we can start a comment where everybody can post their diameters for M3 and M4 inserts; maybe there will be something in between thet fits.

The primary goal was to reduce noise, especially from the 30mm blower fan.

Stay tuned for updates, and feel free to share your feedback for an enhanced 3D printing experience.

V1.1 Update 30.11.23:
Incorporated additional cable routing paths. The extruder LED will be added later if it proves to be a suitable fit. I plan to modify the screw holes to include pockets for heat-set inserts.

V2.0 Update 02.12.23:
Enhanced cable routing and addressed general printing issues. Introduced a front pocket for cables and included cooling slits for the extruder motor, although their necessity is uncertain. Adjusted the probe location to the stock XY-position. I may consider incorporating LEDs, such as these from the provided Amazon link, based on demand, or attempt to integrate the original ones.

V3.0 Update 09.12.23:
Further refined cable routing and addressed general printing issues. The probe location remains in the stock X-Y position. The original Extruder LED has been added. Included pictures of a 0%-100% fan tower (designed by @OurAngryBadger) for comparison between V2 (in black) and V3 (in dual color).
V3.0 Update 14.12.2023: I shortened the screw holes for the 4020 fan to prevent any issues with holes after slicing.

V3.1 Update 19.12.23:
Added a lip around the outlet of the radial fan, as suggested by @Joushou_1339808
Added a mounting point for an ADXL345, as suggested by @kironlau_1285865
Widened the fan outlet, as suggested by @kironlau_1285865
Removed the front corner, as suggested by @bazzzzzzz_230758
Update 20.12.23: ADXL center-to-center distance is now 15mm and 19mm
Update 21.12.23: Added a Hex-Cutout Version of V3.1

V4 Update 23.12.23 (current version mounted on my printer):
All the features from the previous versions, plus much better visibility of the nozzle.
V4 update 26.12.23: Changed a bit of geometry to hopefully fit the Max/Plus models with the help of @bazzzzzzz_230758 and @JungleG1337_290793
Also, added some CFD pictures.
Added a Version without ADXL mount.

05.12.23:
I added some pictures of the fans blowing into a bowl of water at 35%, as suggested by user @JungleG1337_290793
06.12.23:
I added some pictures of the sliced model.
12.12.23:
I updated V3 with threaded inserts designed for M3x4mm inserts. I don't see any holes after slicing, but I haven't printed it myself yet, as the threaded holes in PLA have worked fine up until now.
13.12.23:
I added some V3 waterbowl pictures at 50% and 100% fanspeed.
