works geart i lost the remote so its not on in the picture modifided it to fit my cardboard roll works good love it

can you make one for a 3kg spool?

Der makers, how so you get the printet Vase "Filament" between the spool walls?

I want to make one, but cant Turn my head around this problem without cuting the spool in half and glue IT together.

Used transparent instead of white. LED used is 2 X 1 ft (edited)

Works realy well. Wraped some glow in the dark filametn around it so it glows a bit after you turn it of. I also made some feet for the spool to sit a bit higher to clear the cable underneth.

Nice model, used the empty coil and placed it next to the computer.

Awesome. I used a Geeetech spool which once you clean the label off is a heavy duty, generic spool with no side openings. I had to increase the z height of the wrap a bit. The side support didn't clamp on to the center but a little super glue holds then exactly where they need to be. I don't have the lights yet but this orange is going to look great!
