This is a tablet mount for the Kove 450 Rally (Non pro version) that can be 3D printed. I am mounting a Samsung Tab A7 Lite in a rugged case with it in the lower position or an AMPS bolt pattern RAM Ball with a Garmin GPS or a Motorcycle CarPlay Screen 7" C7. I printed with 3 walls and Gyroid infill. Supports only needed under the Ram Ball. I think a more UV and heat resistant filament like PETG is the best choice. It secures behind the digital instrument cluster (Remove 4 screws, unplug speedo and put in place, re-secure speedo) and snaps on to the plastic rally tower of the non-pro model. You can mount a heavy duty tablet case or you can mount a RAM ball mount with standard AMPS mounting hole locations so you could add a GPS like a Garmin Zumo XT or an Apple CarPlay / Android Auto 7" screen below your speedometer gauge. Recommend printing With PETG. 3 to 6 walls.
This was designed in OnShape CAD an online free 3D modeling software. You are welcome to open the file there and copy / modify it to meet your needs. It is public and named: KOVE 450 Rally Mount for Tablet CarPlay C7 plus 2 AMPS holes w ram ball above
The tablet case I used is a Fintie Shock Proof case for the A7 Lite found on Amazon. Video of this design on YouTube by Adventure Mikes Garage
The RAM ball mount or Garmin Ball Mount has a standard 4 hole AMPS pattern that matches up to this mount. The upper printed RAM ball may benefit from black electrical tape being wrapped around it to prevent slipping when tightening up RAM accessories.
