Hey there!

Here is a Lattice puzzle that I drew up in Fusion 360.

I've been using these as design exercises to fill in the spare time between the other CAD design work I do, I like to give the puzzles to my wife and she absolutely loves them, so that being said I'll probably continue designing them.

Sizing:

The overall size of the completed puzzle is approximately 64x64x33mm when completed

Each Piece is 64x33x3mm

Notes:

  • Original puzzle concept by Jerry Loo. (www.smallpuzzlecollection.blogspot.com www.mechanical-puzzles.com)
  • I have permission from Jerry to make his catalogue of puzzles printable.
  • I've printed it in Yellow PETG, but works well in PLA and ABS.
  • A few levels easier than the 8-piece lattice puzzle (https://www.printables.com/model/648099-comb-lattice-puzzle)
  • To speed up testing I've switched to a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.4mm layer height, all 12 pieces printed in 1 hour.
  • I have a larger version (110x41mm) which I will post if there is any interest.

How to Play:

Arrange all 12 pieces to make a cube-like shape.

The puzzle is both putting it together and taking it apart.

Feel free to share your makes and leave your suggestions in the comments, thank you.

Enjoy.
