CHECK OUT MY REMIXES FOR ADDITIONAL VARIATIONS!
I've created two variations to add removable label holders for your standard and heavy duty Husky toolboxes. In my experience, the aluminum extrusion used on the standard vs. heavy duty models have subtle differences - they are not the same. From what I can gather, in general, visual indicators between the models are the standard tool boxes have the silver extrusions, while the heavy duty models have the black extrusions. The design does NOT interfere with drawer usage.
I've provided a quick print, sample fit check model of each variation to allow you to verify before printing in mass quantities. Additionally, another consideration is your printer tolerance and capability - I recommend using this fit check model to scale as needed to match your profile and optimize fit. Length provided is 3 inches, however, you should be able to shorten or extend the profile with your modern slicer programs.
Print the label holder in vertical orientation (I recommend with a brim), then deburr, and lightly sand the face to improve label adhesion. You need to have a minimum of two perimeters - infill not really required. For installation, review the included video!
