I made my own overarm dust collection for my sawstop CNS
the stock part for the P-clip is not overly expensive but not cheap either (10.40 USD/pc)
But in my case, with using ABS piping with inner diameter (ID) of 1.5" I had adapt the P-clip to the OD of these tubes and couldn't use the stock parts
So I came up with my own design and modelled a very similar parts, based on installation guide (https://www.sawstop.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Installation_Guide_Over-Arm_Dust_Collection_1.pdf) and taking measurement on my CNS
The original part uses M6x1x30 and M6x1x10 screws, but I used M8x1.25x16 screws because I had bunch laying around in my CNS spare parts
I also designed the holes as threaded but w/o thread modelled and then I tapped the hole - it is sufficient for the amount of torque involved here
But I guess using insert would not hurt either
I did not play a lot on printing parameter, but increasing the infill rate would make the art clamping on the side rail a bit stiffer, it's flexing a tad as it is with 20%
