A zip tie cable clip for insertion into 2020 aluminium extrusion. There are quite a few options in around but none quite like what I wanted.

Printed with PETG since they require some force to insert (so that they sit solidly in the frame). Insert and turn 90 degrees clockwise to install. Zip tie can be fed through the holes to secure the cables.

If you find them difficult to insert I find that working them in and out a few times by turning with pliers helps form the clip to the extrusion shape to make it easier to insert. You can do that on an easily accessible piece of extrusion before installing in a difficult to reach place.

Designed for 2.5mm x 1.1mm zip ties. I printed with 100% infill and 3 perimeters at 0.2mm layer height. They probably won't withstand continuous insertion and removal but they are fast to print if replacements are needed (printing 16 takes less than 5 meter of filament and less than 2 hours).

STEP file is provided if you want to modify for your own purpose. You can also access the public Onshape document if you want to parametrically edit the clearance, ziptie thickness and other parameters.
