Have a bunch of Convoy S-series flashlights? Ever wanted an Acebeam Terminator M1 but can't afford it? Perhaps this is the budget solution for you! Inspired by many home remedy solutions for those who already have flood and throw flashlights and pairing them together, I knew a 3D printing solution was at hand.

This was designed to fit the Convoy S2+ 18350 tubes. I noticed there is a slight chamfer towards the business end of the light. The model keys into that chamfer and will hopefully hold it in place. The previous iteration v1.0 felt a bit thin on the walls so I beefed it up. Iteration v1.1 is what I printed and continue to struggle to twist the tail cap on. I enlarged the inner diameter for this version to hopefully facilitate easier installation. You may need to sand a bit to make this fit.

Concerning recommended print settings, I use a 0.6mm nozzle and printed this at 3 walls so that its nice and rigid and has no voids or infill around the perimeter. The finger shelf was an unintended design feature but I actually like how it works in practice. Unfortunately this does require supports.

Hopefully you have fun with you combi Convoy lights with the 18350 tubes! Have not tested this on the full size 18650 tube nor any other S-series lights as I don't own any. In theory, as long as its the 18350 light and the body diameters are roughly the same, it should lego together just fine!
