I made this case since I did not find one that I liked. I made this to store the Flipper Zero and USB cable in a strong but compact case. Other's that I've seen was bigger than it needed to be. Mostly because they are using the rubber inserts that came with the Flipper Zero. This design is for anyone who wants a smaller footprint or threw away the rubber inserts long ago.
Recommended print settings
Layer height: 0.2
Wall loops: 3
Infill: 20% gyroid
Support: none
Elephant foot compensation: 0.3
Note for inserts:
I recommend shrinking the lid insert from 100% scale to 99.75% scale. For me, this is a perfect fit. It's not too tight and not loose that it just slides out on its own. Adjust the scale by 0.25% at a time until you find the right fit that you like. I don't recommend shrinking the bottom case insert because it might become too tight for the Flipper Zero to slide in and out. If the bottom insert is too tight, I recommend sanding the outsides until it fits properly.
