nr200 GPU support gaming Z trio 3070

this remix make the bracket compatible with the gaming z trio variant of the 3070 (only one tested) but i could only assume that it fits other cards with the same cooler. it is improved from the original design with no vertical overhangs, making it supports free and no nut requirement. i also used a ton of fillets to make it easier to print and a bit nicer. use plastic screws for the case and machine screws for the gpu side. considering most of the stress on the screws comes from shear forces i didn't find it necessary to use nuts. enjoy :)
