I just provide the "fixed" files I did myself via OpenSCAD.
You get a top lid for the Mini ITX Case with and without window opening in the correct orientation since the original case top needed to be mirrored. Also I added a case v2 without mainboard stand offs since the positions for those stand offs seem to vary. I used some hex standoffs I hade lying around from my ESP32 which I glued to the case with some hot glue.
