Prusa XL bumper remix

Modified to retain the same bumping contact plane as the original, made the inside hook more snug and thinner so it can't strike the side of the extruder as the tool head passes along the left railing.  Reduced the height and bump size a bit, and added the outside hook running down the outside to grab onto the frame.  

I found the tape I had tried on the original was thicker than the what WGK3D used and that led to collisions that actually registered as collisions, and I found some situations after failed prints and failed tool changes, the homing took place where it was hitting the side of the block(the sides not intended to be bumped) triggering further problems.

Also added the natural evolution of this into the Fist Bumper.  Created two versions, one with gaps, and one with no gaps but just a bit off the top to make the fist visible.  Bonus points goes to the Octagram Spiral top infill pattern combined with a blue and gold coextrusion that make the top surface of the block look like an explosion.
