Remixed akimakes 'Nail-in Cable Clip' 9mm cable clip to be used with a screw instead of a nail.

Description
PDFI wanted to mount some cable into sheet metal, so i modified this from akimakes to have a 4mm hole with a chamfer so the screw is recessed. The clip will fit a 9mm cable.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
Enlarged the section where the nail goes so that the hole can be increased to a 4mm diameter. The hole has a chamfer on the top side to a screw can flush.
