Ascher Taillight Mount for Bontrager Fender

I assume this mount should fit other Bontrager Fender sizes. I encourage those interested to remix this part for any reason.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may need to adjust the print scale by 1 or 2 percent to fit your fender / light. I have scaling and accuracy issues with my MP Mini Delta, I don't have a baseline I feel confident in.

The “Ascher Ultra Bright USB Rechargeable Bike Light Set” is an Amazon's Choice, highly rated set of head and taillights. I decided the most convenient use for it would be to attach it to my existing fender mount.

I've included the supports I used when printing this part. I did not add supports around the base of the fender side of the connector, which may warp a small amount, but I found no functional impact from this warping, especially after sanding the face that contacted the build plate smooth. It is important to orient your print as provided, such that the tab is printed with the grain of your layer lines, otherwise the tab will be fragile.

I encourage users to lift either end of this adapter for other projects. If it proves difficult to isolate either end of this mount, please send me a message or leave a comment and I will upload both the Bontrager and Ascher sides in isolation.

Printed in black esun PLA+, but I recommend PETG or firm TPU so the lever doesn't break.
