Zwift Play adapter bars for flat Tri Bar's

The Zwift play controllers are designed to be used on drop bars with a curved 20mm profile bar to attach to. These adapters allow you to install the Zwift Play controllers onto flat triathlon bars 20mm (30mm with tape wrap) for indoor Turbo use ONLY. 

You will need 

2 x 35mm long M6 Bolts with Hex Heads

2 x M6 Wing Nuts for easy removal

Printing Tips

None: Most default setting on most printers will be OK.

Personally I used Carbon PLA but its not necessary as these are not designed to take load. They are designed to control Zwift and then get back onto your TriBars. As you can see I ran out of filament and had to mix and it still works OK. You will need support for the Hex Holes if you want to make them clean. 

Installation Tips

The parts use a z spline locking cut on the external sides of the adapters to avoid the need for a complex hinge (Thanks to Angus from Makers Muse for the tip). This way a single clamp using M6 Bolts and a wing nut can be used to secure the adapter on the hidden inside of the TriBars to avoid snagging risk.
