Hadley - LTA seal or dust protector for official metric version

I created this to protect the telescope's LTA from dust and elements of nature. This model slides under the LTA (Lower Tube Assembly) and prevents dust and other particles from entering the telescope from the bottom. It only makes sense to have this if you have enclosed the telescope using tubes.
