Versatile Dust Extractor

Dust extractor for less mess when you need to drill holes anywhere.

It's originally intend to work with a vacuum cleaner but if you're too lazy to take out the cleaner for a single hole, it also features a cap which will hold the dust. Choice is yours.

The hole can accommodate drills up to 10mm. If you need to use for larger holes… you already have the drill machine in hand ;) 

Main features:

• lightweight and fast to print (less than 50min with .6 nozzle and “normal” speeds)
• all walls are 1.2mm therefore perfect to print with both 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles
• model was designed to be printable without supports
• easy to mount plug for faster jobs
• up to 10mm drill bits but not limited to

Print tips:

• material: PLA recommended but any solid can be used. However mind the overhangs
• wall count: 2 / 3 (0.6mm / 0.4mm nozzle)
• infill: not used
• supports: shouldn't be needed. However if you experience problems with overhands, feel free to add them where needed.
• brim: recommended especially on extractor. The cap does not need it.
• layer height: 0.2mm. (I succeeded to print it at 0.32mm with minor esthetic problems on lower overhangs) 
• print objects as they are oriented on file (standing)
• printing of the cap is optional
