Adapter cap

This is an adapter cap for recycling spray bottles for cleaning tools, such as emulsified cooling water dispensers and/or lubricating oil for metal drilling. 

1 Take 2 Cleaning Tool Spray Bottles (Recycled)

2 Remove the perforated cap.

3 Measure the outside diameter "D" of the spray gun and print  the suitable one I have shared.

I have published STL files of some most common diameters on the market, I have also added the STEP file for customizations.

4  Print the adapter cap and join it at the spray gun.

5  Cut a piece of tube (diameter est. 4mm.) from the second Cleaning Tool Spray Bottles, length 60mm or more and insert it into the front hole of the adapter cap.

Print without support (the border may be needed to adhere correctly to the table) on the widest base.
