Floatwheel adv Top Drop Fender

Top drop fender that allows for the lower ride height position of the standard adv without any other 3D printed parts. 

I designed the new fender around the 3D Model provided by tony. 

The latching mechanism is just like the original, although i stretched the fender in CAD so that there is pretension on the fender when installed.  And also the design is optimised for 3D printing, so minimal support is needed.
