Little Boy M (mATX PC case)

To print this case a print volume of 300x300mm or bigger is required.

** PLEASE READ: I mention in the video that you can use regular M3 screws to mount the 3.5" hard drives, this turned out to be wrong. The correct screw to use for the 3.5" drives are  #6-32 screws, same screw as the PSU and motherboard mounts. (Update details at the bottom)

The 2.5" drives on the other hand does actually use regular M3 threaded screws.'

Case external dimensions: L: 310mm, H:305mm (+10mm feet), W: 250mm (See pictures further down)

Recommended printer settings:

• 0.6mm nozzle (for faster printing)
• 3MM thick perimeters. (5 layer perimeters with 0.6 nozzle)
• No top or bottom layers on any part.
• Infill type of your choice that allows airflow to pass through (ex. Honeycomb, Triangles, Gyroid, Rectilinear etc. with a density between 15% and 30%).
• Recommended material: PETG

My settings:

• 0.6 nozzle
• 0.2 layer height
• 5 perimeters.
• Infill type: Honeycomb (20% density)
• Material used: PETG

IMPORTANT TO NOTE BEFORE MAKING THIS:

• If you are using an ATX PSU, you are limited to CPU coolers up to a maximum height of 125mm.
• If using a SFX PSU and also two 3.5" HDDs on the side mount, you're limited to CPU coolers up to 155mm.
• If using only the front single 3.5" HDD mount and no radiator, theoretically you can fit a CPU cooler height of 210mm, but some of the largest CPU coolers MAY hit the PSU, so please see attached pictures before going with a massive cooler. I recommend staying within the safe height.
• “Safe height” for the CPU cooler height is 148mm (no obstructions) when using SFX PSU

Model updates and bugfixes:

** 01DEC23: New updated files have been added fixing hard drive mount issue. 3.5 HDD will now mount directly to the sliding plate without need special bracket. 

• Extra “dual HDD brackets" are added to allow for dual side-mounted 3.5 drives. All using #6-32 screws. (v1.4)
• Internal front panel has fixed holes to allow for 3.5 HDD mount with #6-32 screws. (v1.4)

**27JAN24:  Motherboard_side_panel_v1.6 updated with extra standoff hole.

**29JAN24:  v1.6_rear_panel_ATX_PSU was updated to have some extra room around the C14 power socket due to compatibility issues with some PSU's.

**02FEB24: v1.10_rear_panel (for both SFX and ATX PSU) updated due to a minor fitment issue with some IO shields. GPU mounting screw position also adjusted slightly due to very tight tolerance.
