MindAffect BCI Headset for water based electrodes

These are the files for the MindAffect BCI headset based on TMSi water based electrodes.

Added next iteration with integrated electrodes:

Print "disc_holder" and "sponge_holder" from PLA or PETG

and

"headstrap_integrated_electrodes" and "attachment" from flexible (e.g. Ninjaflex)
