Sanding Bow remix

Print at 15-25% infill, with minimal supports for the clamp part. Scale model up in the slicer as desired.

This is a remix of the Sanding Bow by te.3D, but simplified in two ways:

1. removed the holes. They look cool, but will trap dust. They also make the printing take longer.
2. removed the bolt and nut, so now one can simply scale the model to obtain the needed size (within certain limits).
