The design of the original handle by @Lucas_972053 is nice and simple, but I wanted to add mounting holes for the ADXL345 sensor.

Model details

As with the original model:

  • Print in PETG (or other heat-resistant material) to avoid warping due to the heated bed.
  • Use M3x6 screws for mounting the handle to the bed. You should have some spare ones that came with the printer.
    • Caution: using longer screws could damage your heated bed!
  • I added a version that has the same width (at the screw locations) as the handle that comes with the Ender 3 S1 Pro, for use with the screws that are installed to fasten the included bed handle (M3x8).
    • Some minor changes were made to the geometry.

To mount the ADXL345, I used a pair of M3x10 screws and M3 nuts. The holes are wider than the screw, so you might want to apply some pressure to get it square (though I doubt having the sensor slightly off would impact the measurements).

Should work fine on both Ender 3 S1 (@Lucas_972053's presumably was installed on an Ender 3 S1) and S1 Pro (my printer model).

I also added a chamfer to the bottom face of the print to help with elephant's foot.

My Klipper printer.cfg section for the bed, as mounted in the image:

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

  1. Added holes for mounting an ADXL345 on the handle.
  2. Chamfered the base of the print.
  3. Added a version that works with the bed handle screws that come with the Ender 3 S1 Pro.
