Probably not going to help anyone, but I'm still gonna put it out there. This mod takes a Konica Hexanon 38mm f2.8 lens from a classical film era rangefinder style point-and-shoot and adapts it to micro four thirds mount. The current design is fully functioning when assembled correctly, with infinity focus and extended closest focusing distance of ~0.6m(2ft)
However there are several problems. The focus direction is reversed (I did not realize this during design) and it has no aperture control.
It incorporates print-in-place design and the tolerance is pretty tight. You need a well calibrated printer and well tuned profile in order for it to work. Before you print any actual parts, print the helicoid to test if it meshes with the lens properly. It is designed to use a 1.5mm thick metal lens mount in order to achieve the correct flange distance.
I'm working on a second iteration that hopefully will have the correct focus direction and a functioning aperture. If you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments. And I will update the description if there's any interest.
