Printing:
Print without supports with a layer height of 0.2 mm. Ensure good cooling and low speed for overhangs. Works well with PLA.
The exported .STL is for OD 35 mm vacuum hose ends and max D20 mm drill bit. For other hose diameters and bigger drill bits, the Fusion file is attached. Feel free to remix for your needs.
Modeling notes:
Since the surface of the major overhang (ID of the tube) is hollow, it is sensitive to the overhang capability of your printer. I recommend keeping the overhang 5° smaller than what you are used to printing confidently.
The model is somewhat stable at the creation of the main bodies. Since there are a number of interfering fillets, the stability decreases at the end. You may need to experiment to make it work with your hose diameter.
