protoxtruder + diamond mount adapter plate

because the motor sits so low with the protoxtruder, the lower part hits the metal top plate.
By raising it more than approx. 2.5mm everything has enough clearance.

(usually the extruder is mounted the other way but in my case a drag chain is in the way)
