Brother Serger overlock thread guide bar

This is a replacement for the Brother Serger overlock thread guide bar.

Added additional height to the model over the original Brother part for increased strength. This was printed from PLA with 15% infill; 6 outer layers were used top/bottom/vertical for resistance to breakage. The pin that holds the bar onto the upright was modelled separately, so it could be printed for maximum strength. When printed this pin was also split in the slicer, with cut sides down to avoid supports. The pin was assembled with dowels, but no glue was necessary due to the tight fit. If you don't have a slicer that will do this, a gcode file is included.

An stl file is included for those that wish to slice themselves.

The OpenSCAD file is included for those who would like to modify the design.
