Instructions:
Print the shrouds as-is, with voron settings (4 walls and 40% infill). The caps are placed flat on the buildplate. Print the bottom cap 2 times.

The shrouds need a hammerhead t-nut (4 total) and one m3 8mm (4 total).
To install the botton caps you must remove some of the side skirts, they fit right on top of the plate. To install the side caps you must remove the Z motors.
The shrouds have a snug fit; if the caps are a bit loose you can use a bit of superglue. My Z drives had a bit much squish, for the larger caps i needed to fillet the drive a bit.

On one of the pictures you see a gap, this is because that part of the standard cover broke off (still have to print a new one). With the normal voron 2.4 belt covers it fits snug.

Update 1-1-2024:
In addition to this model/instructions above, you need to isolate the 6mm wide extrusion gap aswell. I had done this by stuffing it with stacked 2 pieces of 3mm thick, 6 mm wide foam tape.
You can also use this model as well: VoronUsers/printer_mods/chri.kai.in/20x20mm_Profile_Covers at master · VoronDesign/VoronUsers (github.com), by printing out a piece of 31.5 mm long and fitting it against the corner extrusion.
