MT-SYSTEM Holder: Proxxon 27130 Hot Air Gun Holder (Proxxon Heissluftfönhalter)

This holder has especially been made for the small hobbyist hot air gun 27130 from Proxxon. The gun fits very well into the 45,5mm center hole which is slightly sloped to the user to get the gun out as easy as possible.

Width: 60mm

It is very stable and therefore not neccessary to print in PETG.

Material: PLA
Layerheight: 0.3mm or better
Infill: 25%

HOW TO PRINT?

All MT-SYSTEM components are designed to be printed out in PLA or PETG on 02mm layer height. They are very stable but some parts like holders for heavy equipment (cordless screwdrivers) should be printed in PETG with a minimum infill of 40%.

MOUNTING THE MT-SYSTEM:

The MT-SYSTEM is made to be mounted to 20x40mm T-slot aluminium construction profiles (link1) by using M4 screws (link2), M4 slot nuts (link3) and sometimes also magnets (link4). If you miss anything please let us know.
