Wer kennt das nicht? Das Anzeichnen von Löchern mit einer Wasserwaage ist nicht unmöglich, aber oft etwas umständlich. Aber mit diesem Modell wird es zum Kinderspiel.

Die beiden Teile werden auf der Wasserwaage befestigt, der Abstand wird mit einem Maßband gemessen und dann mit Hilfe der Schraube festgestellt. Mit den vorhandenen Bohrungen in verschiedenen Größen können die Löcher direkt markiert werden.

Wenn man die "Anreissplatte" zweifarbig druckt, kann man die Markierungen besser erkennen. Die Gcode-Dateien sind bereit dafür. Diese Platte wird mit Sekundenkleber an der "Klammer" befestigt.

Ich habe zwei verschiedene Schrauben, mit und ohne Spitze, hinzugefügt. Je nach Bedarf können Sie eine davon auswählen.

Wenn Sie Fusion 360 verwenden, können Sie das Modell an die Breite und Höhe Ihrer Wasserwaage anpassen (siehe Screenshot). Da das Modell sehr genau ist (Spalte 0,15mm), empfiehlt es sich, die Maße mit einem Messschieber zu nehmen.

I have added two different screws, with and without a tip. You can choose one of them depending on your needs.

If you are using Fusion 360, you can adjust the model to the width and height of your spirit level (see screenshot). As the model is very precise (0.15 mm gap), it is advisable to take the measurements with a caliper gauge.
