This is the enclosure part of a project I am working on. It contains the PCB, motor and mount, as well as the controls and displays to operate the Rocker. More parts to come as time permits.
Added tray, rockers, and motor mount and base plate template. Added new rocker tray (changed pivot position), new dogbone recip. arm (doubled up for strength, chase holes to 3mm). Added PDF file for tips/info/parts list.
Added basic wiring drawing. Does not reflect added Printed Circuit Board, just basic hook up of components for clarification. Added wiring drawing WITH PCB. PCB does simplify hook up and includes location for R1 resistor for LED current limiting (470 ohm value).

Suggested that all files be printed at 100% infill, 6 walls, no supports as this uses brass screw mounting inserts and these need mass for anchoring. Originals were done on an AnkerMake M5C printer using these specs. All parts printed using PLA+ filament.
Now available too, a version of this project that uses 3mm ply that can be laser cut if you have that ability. The main box, bottom plate, and the tray holder/rocker can be done using wood instead.
