index_hmd_accessory_inclusion_zone_v2 step file

It seems that when regenerating the inclusion zone model to fix the issue below, they introduced a new issue where the inclusion zone model covers the cameras:

If you check the initial commit from Jun 25, 2019, the cameras are uncovered.

This step file includes the fix, for the top right sensor and accommodates the cameras.
