U-Strut Compression Fastener

I needed a method to attach Superstrut to MDF (which hates screws).  This uses M5 button screws and nyloc nuts to fasten the strut to the table, and resist rotation.

This design allows attachment of the strut to MDF, by compression, as opposed to screws. It exceeded my expectations.
